Using specific subtitles and audio-channel in OGM on VLC?

I have all the episodes of Hellsing in OGM format, which I play from my computer using VLC. But since I prefer to watch my videos on my TV about 15 metres away, I have to get up and change the setting on the player since it defaults to english audio without subs, and I prefer japanese audio with subs.
Is there any way to set so it uses the Jap audio and eng subs without me running back and forth between episodes?

Should be able to set it from the commandline or use mplayer and add slang=eng alang=jap to your config. That way if the files are tagged properly it should default to the correct audio/subs.
