    Since putting XP on my computer TMPGenc has not been able to read *.D2V file's , I.E I make a .D2V file and put it in the correct dir but TMPgenc has no option of opening this type of file and if I click view all files it and click on the .D2V it says it cant open it, so what am I missing, I installed DVD2AVI in the same dir as TMPGenc

  3. I noticed if you install the Krystall codec or some other codecs that this will solve the problem. Hope this helps.

  4. i have the same problem, I have installed the VFapi, and it still does not recognise D2V extensions.
    Where is it possible to get other codecs from?

  5. make sure in dvd2avi under HELP that you have VFAPI plug-in checked.

  6. If you downloaded DVD2AVI from one of the VCDhelp.com links then it wont work. ONly if you downloaded from the official site. Same thing happened to me. The official version works fine but those other versions made by oter people do not work. Hope this helps

  8. Make sure you have DVD2AVI.vfp in the same directory as Tmpgenc.
