batch MOV to AVI processing

Hi,
Does anyone know of a way to set this up either on a Mac or PC? I have about 2Gb of MOVs that I need to convert to AVI in order to have VirtualDub recognise them.

BTW, the MOVs are 720x480 DV NTSC format. Cheers.

I believe MediaCleaner Pro 5 for Macintosh does this. Especially good for batch processing...
