MPEG2: from PAL to NTSC with 3 different Audio Tracks!?

I have a 4GB PAL dvd of a movie that has 3 different audio tracks(Spanish, French, and English). When trying to convert the VOB/MPEG2 file from PAL to NTSC with Nero Vision Express, It only converts the French audio, tmpg doesn't even pick up the audio, and VSODivxtoDVD can't even load the file! What is the problem, what program can I use? this is a definate problem. Any ideas? By the way, I am trying to keep the English audio, and prefferably disable the french and spanish ones, as I do not understand those languages..

Use DVD Shrink to remove the french and spanish language tracks, then run it through Nerovision Express. If there is only one language track, it can't choose the wrong one.
