  1. I have my files in iso format using dvd shrink to iso file , im looking for a way to convert my iso bow to ipod video format , which im not sure what the frame rate and info are.

    I have a program to do this but i need to find a way to get my iso back to something i can work wilth such as avi files ? any help with this please

    Iso is just a "container" - it's an image of a file system, mostly a CD or DVD file system, but could be anything, like a diskette or HDD or...
    Now, you probably have CD or DVD iso images. Just mount them with daemon tools, and treat them just like a physical CD or DVD in your CD/DVD reader.
    How to proceed depends on what's on the CD/DVD.

    isobuster can extract the contents for you, or daemontools can mount the ISO so it looks just like a drive and can be read by the conversion program

  4. Ok thanks guy that worked great , now what is a goood program to convert the new avi file to psp or ipod format ?
