Hello.
How can i author a DVD, from .AVI files with dual or more audio streams? and making a menu that will let me choose which audio do i want, and if i want subtitles or not, my subs are in .SRT.

Save the individual Audio streams with virtualdub and transcode them to mp2 or ac3 (48kHz!) with besweet or ffmpeggui. Encode the video with tmpgenc, CCE, HC, MCE... to DVD compliant mpeg2 as elementary video stream.
Author these individual streams with Dvd-lab Pro (if you should own it) or try my GUI for dvdauthor. It also supports selectable subtitles /audio streams and the corresponding menus.GUI for dvdauthor:
