I am encoding MPEG-4 to MPEG-2 in ffmpegx to then burn in Toast 7 (as Toast 7's encoding always seems lesser quality to me). But I find that Toast won't allow me to select a button image (for the DVD menu) for the MPEG-2's I drag in. It just displays a generic media icon for the button, and burns the disc with those buttons. Can I fix this?
Cheers,
B

After you drag/drop in your MPEG2 video, click on the thumbnail image that appears in the main window. Hover your mouse pointer for a few seconds and you will get a slider to pick a new keyframe from the video.
