    Does anybody know what issues the firmware update available on Panasonics USA website addresses? Has anybody tried it? If so, when did you buy your recorder?

    I did a firmware upgrade in my DMR-E55 in an attempt to use the media that I buy here in Costa Rica. My recorder was bought in Panama over a year ago and it used to have support for NTSC and for PAL-M.

    After the firmware upgrade the support for PAL-M is gone, but it work just fine will I the media I have.
