Using My Computer or Windows Explorer, browse to where TMPGEnc was installed (probably C:\Program Files\Eazy VCD\TMPGEnc) and run TMPGEnc. Close the Project Wizard if it opens. Go to Option > Environmental Setting > VFAPI plug-in:

Raise the priority of the DVD2AVI Project File Reader 1.76 by right-clicking on it and going to Higher priority.

It should now look like the following:

Just to test, try loading the riped.d2v file into TMPGEnc by clicking on the Browse button next to the Video source: box. It should load successfully now.
    If in doubt, Google it.

i did exactly what you said but i got the same message can't open or unsupported . i tried to load the .vob file instead of .d2v but the output exceed 700mb CD.

the weird thing is that the riped.d2v is 0K. i think the problem is 0K. it has to be some K or more. can't be 0K
