    Which of the current DVD recorders have Commercial Advance, and how well does it work? Does the Panasonic DMR-ES30V have it?

    Pioneer does, at least on a DVR-633H-S. It's called 'CM Skip'. Says it skips forward or backward in time progressively with every press of the button. Up to 10 minutes forward and 3 back. Still awaiting shipment to try it out.
