installing new themes problem

hi all, i have a new computer so i thought i would try installing a new theme on it as ive never done before so i downloaded the foreverblue theme

and it has changed some icons, and my background pic on the desktop but my taskbar has turned the the old windows style grey one, not like the dark blue one in the foreverblue screenshot above. is anybody out there able to tell me how i can change my taskbar to match the whole theme cos i hate classic windows taskbar?
i am using windows xp home
