Since I converted external hard drive to NTFS from FAT32, every time I try to delete a file or folder an error message pops up. It says:

    Error Deleting File or Folder
Cannot delete folder. Cannot find the specific path.
Make sure you specify the correct path.

Darn computer always telling me what to do . Any idea what I can do to delete files or folders? Only started happening when i converted to NTFS. It won't delete any files or folders if I created them before the conversion or after.

Is this happening only when you try to delete, or does it happen even when you are accessing the folder/file? You don't mention it, but could you delete folders/files before you converted to NTFS?
Make sure these are not read-only.

Unplug the USB/Firewire connection. Make sure Windows is not seeing the drive, then reconnect the drive. Rebooting is recommended, but probably not necessary before you reconnect the drive.

After Windows reloads drivers, try to delete the files again.

It's finally deleting files and folders! Unplugging usb connection, rebooting, then plugging usb connection in worked. Thanks a lot!
