    hi i make DVD video(MPEG 1 and audio 48khz) with TMPEG DVD author and i convert 5,6 Dat files to MPEG 1 352x240 29,97 fps (4:3) NTSC 1152kbps and change audio to 48 khz 224kbps and it works but

    the quality of the movie still good(colour not really sharp) but not good as VCD ?
    Any one now how to make it much better?

    If you've done nothing more than extracted the mpg out of the dat, and resampled audio to 48 kHz, then authored, there's no reason for any visual differences compared to playing the original VCD.

    You mean better than your iriginals? Not really. If your results are degraded form the originals, then maybe yes.

    I work strictly from original source shot by me and not MPG1 basically VCD quality video. It is inherently already low in quality to begin with.
    No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD!
