    A while ago I ripped some cartoon dvd's onto my computer. I just got the ifo file and the VOB files. Each disc I ripped has about 7-8 20 minute episodes. I want to take each episode and make it to a mpeg-1 VCD.

    I have done alot of other encoding/ authoring before with many different programs. So I'm not a total newb ( just need some noob help

    I was just wondering if someone out there would point me in the right direction ( suggest what programs to use ). I dont need step by step but a very basic outline would help me alot.
