    hi guys, i'm just wondering if there is a tool that can delete some cencored part (kind of mosaic) in a movie....???

    other than simply cutting out that part,, no tool that I am aware of can restore a Blurred or Censored part. I WISH!!
    No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD!
