i dont know if anybody knows a lot about this but there is a very simple way to make a playlist for cut mpeg files. Just create a new txt file in the folder where the cut files are. Then open and type:
    ASF Path
Part 1.mpg ( or whatever you named them)
    Part 2.mpg
    etc......
Save and close the file. Then rename to .asf and paly with windows media player. This is really good for people who dont get audio sync problems when cutting but get problems when trying to join all the files into one. i found this on the internet somewhere and tried it and it works real good. This is supposed to work for avi, mp3 rm, and others also. I havent tried it but if you have that type of files try it and see.

  2. works great.

You just rename the '*.txt' file to '*.asf' and load it like any other video file. I tried mixing up the formats - MPG, AVI, ASF, WMV in the same playlist, and work perfectly.

    Good work BBB

    Have fun

i worded that wrong. i meant to say that i use it all the time, i jsut havent tried it for avi, wmv and asf files. i use it all the time for edited mpg files of recorded tv shows because i used to get a lot of audio sync problems when i joined the files into one big mpg files. This is easier and better. Glad i helped.
