So do you hate digital appliances that are too tiny??? I think the ones that are JUST smaller than your hand is about the right size. If it gets any smaller than that than you have to worry about breaking it or losing it.
I only watched half of the movie but I remember that scene in ZOOLANDER where the main character uses a cellphone thats about the size of a piece of candy!![]()

some of us come in adult sizes....
I'm 6'4", and just about everything (cool little tech gadgets) is too damn small for me to use.
why in the hell is the latest trend to make shit just the right size for toddlers?"To steal ideas from one person is plagiarism; to steal from many is research." - Steven Wright

Phones, cameras, video cameras, MP3 players .... this stuff is too small.
When people tell me my phone is "big and clunky" I usually tell them to **** off. My phone is maybe 5-6 inches at most, and it's already craploads smaller than handheld land lines sets. Anything smaller and you can't press the buttons very well. I'm not obese with fatty fingers, but I'm not some 12-year-old waif either. If that stuff is too close together, I'll end up mashing about 4 of them at once.
Blurry photos and shakey videos are a problem too. Not by me, but by other people. Pro cameras have weight to them for counter-balance, not because they're "old and clunky". I either use a weighty camera, or I don't shoot. Period.
Some of those new car radios piss me off too. I prefer knobs or a just a couple large buttons. I can reach down and twist/press those without even needing to look. This micro button garbage with rotating faceplates and neon lights is about as dumb as it gets. No wonder kids crash cars so much from dicking around with the radio.
Remote controls are also becoming rather annoying. Just like cell phones. I don't miss my dead Apex player, that remote sucked.
Small crap is all made of plastic now too. Easy to break and disposable. I don't think there is a single thing "cool" about it.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)

Count me in!
I think that I have replied to something along these lines before
About the size of a pack of cigaretts or a deck of cards is as about as small as you need to go for handheld and don't put too many small buttons on it
I know what LS is talking about when it comes to weight. You need some heft to hold something steady, still cam, vid cam or even a rifle.IS IT SUPPOSED TO SMOKE LIKE THAT? -
i remember back when you could operate devices by feel alone.. with things getting so damned small, you always have to look..

I don't know what you're talking about. -
The only thing that bothers me about small things is small screens.
Other then that its not that the tech itself is getting too small, its that the interfaces haven't improved. -

In some aspects, yes. However, I love my razor phone. The smaller the better! I hate things in my pockets (keys, wallet, phone...) My keychain has 3 keys on it, my wallet only has what I need (some money, a CC and license) and then my razor thin phone. I hate bulky pockets...
