I have made several movies before using Ifoedit with subtitles and have had no problems. I copied the DVD to my computer using DVD Decrypter IFO mode. Then demux the streams. Ripped the subtitles to .srt. Used srt2sup to convert them. I input the video, audio and subtitles into Ifoedit and then authored the DVD. The subtitles came out green as always. I copied the colors from the original DVD and pasted them to the new project. Saved the changes. Opened with Windvd and the subtitles are black now. Tried copying the colors from other DVDs, still black. Tried manually changing the values, still black. They look the same as the crappy green subtitles only black.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Load the sup file in supviewer and have a look if there are wrong transparencies/opacities used (like background completely opaque black...)
