The PC version of the DVD duplication software (PrimoDVD) for this is very expensive($299),.
I have read that it may have the same engine as other software and that something else may work. Anyone have any experience of this?
    P.S.
Anyone who has a copy of the software for sale please let me know

I'm assuming you are wanting to do mass duplication of DVDs, as that is what that software is for. It's a professional program and pricey.

Alternatives are to make an ISO image of your DVD and use a program like Nero to run several DVD burners at once. Or purchase a DVD duplicator with multiple burners. Expensive, though.

It apparently uses Prassi for burning.

  6. Is this the One?

From initial set-up to full operation, Bravo II is easy to use. Professional burning software from Sonic is included for Windows® and CharisMac Engineering's Discribe V5.0 is included for Mac users. Both burning software packages allow virtually any digital information to be duplicated. Primera also provides the best disc design software. SureThing CD Labeler Primera Edition Software is included for Windows users while Mac users will find design templates for Adobe® PhotoShop® and Illustrator®.

    Yes it is
Due to a licensing quirk Primera used to ship the units with either PC or MAC software.
To crosssgrade from Mac to PC is $299 for the software, the other way $50!
As of earlier this year they renegotiated their licensing and now all new units come with mac and PC software. Unfortunately this is not retroactive. I have only MAC softwar e at present and want PC.
If anyone has a copy of the PC software they want to sell then I am all ears!

  8. That realy Sucks.

What is the software for? To make the Labels? Or does it also have the Drivers for the Hardware?

Is there no other Software you can use?

The software burns the disk then writes the label and moves the robotic arm.
It appears there is no alternative.
