    I basically want to be able to cut clips from a DVD with the subtitles. I dont want them to run together when i author them. I want them to be on the dvd-r as individual tracks. What program do i need to pull video clips from a dvd other than just the tracks already in place. HELP PLEASE
    I want to be able to start and stop the clip where i want to. Does any of this make sense.

    use the reauthor mode in dvdshrink. you can se the start and end and also join all clips together(no menus),

    does it give me the option to add subtitles...with the ability to turn them on and off like normal by remote

    you can select whatever subtitle and audio streams you want to keep in shrink. You have to use the subtitle button on the remote because you wont have a menu.
