Hi all. I got a mov file I would like to trim it down, then convert to wmv and will add a sound track to it. I like to know what tools I need and the steps I should take to trim, convert, then add the sound file I like. Thanks.

quicktime pro, save as avi, open in windows movie maker, edit, save.
or search for "mov to avi" or "mov to wmv" using google.
