Got this link from another forum but I had to share it.
Its pandora.com you can put in a band and it will play something by that band and then songs from artist with similar musical elements.
Its like others in the past but its also streaming radio and instead of just suggesting it plays. (and seems to suggest better then the crappy yahoo thing ever did).
First 10 hours are free, then its a yearly fee.
I'm digging on it. Listened to Orgy for the first time ever because of this.

ya its a great site, discovered some great new bands in the first half hour. what it does it takes the one song u provided and plays other songs with the same type of instraments, vocal qality and such and such, nice thing is that it tells you why it played the song it played.

Exactly. I've seen like it where you just get a list and yahoo launch does something like this either.
But yahoo doesn't explain itself and its a odd beast at best. (plus it cost money now)
Found alot of great music by starting with Portishead as my starting band.
