My problem is that I have recovered my own DVD video from mechanically damaged disk. That disk could not coppied in normal way because of many read errors.
Now I have recovered VIDEO_TS folder. Most of files have same size as original, but some files are little bit smaller in size. My WinDVD looks playing this video normal way, but I have made very complicate Menu structure using Scenarist and it may take a whole day to watch if disk is still playing OK depending on various meny selections.

Does any tool exist, that could make complete DVD files scan against any errors, freezes and skips etc.?

Above mentioned is main problem. It looks, that everything is played OK, but I am about to be sure that "No errors at all". And I want to check before burning that all menus, all buttons, every possible order of pushing menu buttons will not cause any freezes, skips etc. I want to share it to my friend and say, that everything is OK - I guareantee.

  4. DVDShrink does a pretty thorough scan when opening DVD files. You might also try opening it in PGCEdit. Then open it in IFOEdit and do a Get VTS Sectors to see if it makes any changes. My guess is that it won't open in DVDShrink. If errors are found, you might try a Mock Strip to fix it, but it may not be possible:

No scan in the world will tell you if your menus and buttons will work. Only that there are no unreadable errors probably caused during the burning process.

The only way is to manually test all the menu options you have incorporated.

I never create menus of such complexity as it really does not add anything of value to the actual video. It just says " Look at my fancy Menus ". A simple menu structure is many times all you need.
No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD!
