Creating Easy, Compatible Multi-Episode DVD with Menus?

What is the easiest, most compatible way to create a Multi-Episode DVD with Menus?

I want to save some 30 minute shows to DVD with Menus, Titles and, if possible, brief descriptions of the episodes.

2- Author adding menus chapters and everything else you want.
3- Create DVD files
4- Burn to DVD
