    Almost file xvid after converted, i got this message at the begin of the movie :
    WARNING : NOTHING TO OUTPUT BFRAME DECODER LAG

    I dont know why? anyone have the same problem with me ? How you fix it

    Sounds like MP3 VBR audio. That's usually the error from VirtualDub when you have it. Save out the audio as a WAV file with VirtualDub, then use that audio, along with the original video to encode.

    First of all it isn't an error. It has nothing to do with VBR mp3 or audio at all.

    It is simply because you have a file encoded with bframes that aren't packed and you are decoding via VfW. There lag frame is there because VfW wasn't designed for and can't handle bframes. This is because VfW works as basically one frame in, one frame out.

    Pretty sure though that for some time now XviD has just outputted a black frame instead of that message. What version/build are you running?

    Basically to fix it. Don't decode via VfW.
