  1. I have two avi files and two .srt files.

It would be fine if I wanted to make two discs, because the numbering and timing on each of the srt files starts from 0.

Combining the avi files is easy.

What I want to do is combine both srt files so that the second runs in correct timing after the first. I have loaded them both into Subtitle Workshop but they seem to save only as one or the other.

    What's the answer?

    Thanks.

  4. Fortunately I had posted on another site and got an answer that mentioned things I had not done, but thanks anyway. For a more thorough answer:

  5. It's simple...use subtitle workshop. Open join video file in subtitle workshop. Next open the second part (CD 2) subtitle .srt file. Drag the video slider to the timeframe where the first subtitle should be, click on first subtitle. Click mark as first sync point, drag the slider to the end of the last subtitle on video, click on last subtile. click mark as last sync point. From there..click yes to re sync subtitle. Now click on tools, join subtitle, add the two subtitle files cd1 srt cd 2 srt. , uncheck recalculate time. There you go...you have combine the two subtitle file into one with re sync time .

    Hello,

    SRTmerger.org is dead... RIP

After 2 weeks of research, i contact Timur, the owner of

    http://easypronunciation.com/en/merge-two-subtitle-files-online

Timur took hours to make a tool better than srtmerger.org.

I suggest everyone to use and share this like:

    http://easypronunciation.com/en/merge-two-subtitle-files-online

    http://easypronunciation.com/en/merge-two-subtitle-files-online

    http://easypronunciation.com/en/merge-two-subtitle-files-online

This is the only good solution to merge 2 srt subtitles!

Thanks to Timur for your time and for your amazing work!

    Please share...

    Gribs
