    I have a file that is 640x480 divx/avi. I want to convert it to dvd compliant with chapters. The file has 4 clips in it and I want to change chapters after each clips what would be the best program to do this. Thanx All.

    "Any" authoring app allows you to set chapter points. TMPGenc DVD Author is but one example.
    You have convert the AVI to DVD compliant mpeg first, but that's another story...
