switch box question

Can someone suggest a switch box that would allow me to do the following:

Input would be a composite video and audio cables running from a digital cable box.

I want two different outputs selections that would run to my computer:

selection 1. Composite Video and audio to my tv tuner card

selectioin 2. audio to the line in on my sound card, with no video to the tv tuner card.

I have discovered that Music channels from my cable box sound MUCH better when the audio is connected to the sound card, but I also need to have a selection where video and audio are both connected to the tuner card for when I do video capture (to prevent audio sync problems).

What switch box would allow for this configuration??

A suitable audio Y-Cable should do fine. No need to switch...

Why not just split audio from the cable box to go to both?
