I'm from the capital of Serbia, the city of Belgrade (for those who haven't heard, South Europe). Big fan of football, the real football with the round ball.
(or soccer if you prefer) Supporter of the local F.C.Rad from Belgrade, and big fan of Scottish national team, and Hearts F.C.

Around this time, I ended up moving to Kent (from SW London - I ought to be Chelsea really) and while deciding which team to support, I started going to see Gillingham on a Saturday afternoon for something to do. I used to enjoy those (old) third division days, so took the Gills on as 'my' team. However, that particular season was one goal away from entering the Vauxhaul Conference.
Then the Gills were nearly declared bankrupt, but saved at the last minute by a local businessman. The next three years saw us climb to the first division via an automatic promotion to the second, and two play-offs (loosing to Man City on penalties and beating Wigan - whatever happened to them?) and a re-developed ground.
Now we are on the drop back down again...
I don't go to many games anymore, because I moved away from the area, but I try to pop along to at least one game per season.
I used to attend a lot of England games during the 90s; I think that the last one I went to was England v Belgium in Sunderland's Stadium of Light.Cole -
The stoopid bloody poms sent me great great grandfather to a remote subtropical island continent, as a punishment!

Born in Portland, Oregon, raised in Eastern Oregon, and currently living in Portland. But after I retire next year, I'm considering a number of different places I could live ... including American ex-pat communities in Belize. If you live in the right place (Corozal), you can get broadband. The country's national language is English (used to be British Honduras). And cable TV (mostly US, and most likely "ripped" from a satellite service) costs only about $10 a month ... and that includes movie channels. Shopping? Not too far across the border into Mexico, there's a Walmart.
And from Belize City airport to DFW in Texas is like flying from Seattle to LA.

I was born in Baltimore, MD (USA). When I was three, Pops got transferred to Edinburgh, Scotland. After a fw years, we moved back to MD, outside of Blatimore about twenty miles in a town called Bel Air. Five years later we moved into a bigger house in Forest Hill, MD.
After that, I moved to Manchester, England to play lacrosse and study abroad. While there, I fell in love with rugby, and began to hate (American) football.
I then moved back to Forest Hill to finish college. I just bought a house a week agon in Abingdon, MD, which is about 5 miles south of Bel Air. -

I was born in a little town outside of Vancouver, raised on an even smaller island outside of Vancouver, now I live in Vancouver. I've never lived anywhere but the west coast, and I love it
Boating is great and i've never experienced a real Canadian winter, just our whimpy west coast "winters"
