AutoGK Error, file in use after 1st pass.

I've been using AutoGK for a little while now and have not had any problems. The other day I upgraded to the latest release (2.20) and it worked fine. Then tonight I'm trying to convert some files and am having issues.

I'm going from Mpeg2 to Xvid and it gets to the point where it does the first pass which works fine. Then when it goes to start the second pass, some sort of window opens with a progress bar that goes across, and then VirtualDub returns an error that it can't access the file because it's in use.

Any idea what mght be wrong? I don't see a log file or anything that tells me what is causing the problem but so far all files I'v done in this batch have errored out.

I'm stumped.

Update: The box that pops up right after AutoGK says it's starting the second pass says:

MPA File Import Filter

The AutoGK Gives me an error from VirtualDub that says:

FastWriteStream: couldn't open "filename": The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Any ideas what might be wrong?

Oh man, found the info over at the doom9 page that talks about this. I guess it's just a coincidence that I upgraded to AUtoGK 2.20 yesterday and then upgraded to NAV 10 Corporate at work today. Apparently they don't mix.
