OK so Computer Buyer magazine in the UK recently ran a labs test of digital TV tuners, citing AVerMedia's AVerTV DVB-T USB 2.0 as the best you can buy. I have, however, been very interested in the Hauppauge WinTV Nova-T USB... if any of you guys have experienced either of these devices, might you be able to offer any thoughts or feedback on them? Which would you recommend? Is the software supplied any good, and if not, is it possible to use third-party software? The magazine's reviews were not as informative as I'd hoped!
It has to be USB because I'd be using it with my Laptop in my room at Uni (I'd be buying a separate Freeview aerial I guess). Thanks for any advice!

Oh thanks, I didn't realise these digital TV tuners were listed on this site. That comment is useful, I'll probably go with Hauppauge.
