I am going to make a VCD to be played in a stand-alone DVD player at a trade show and I want it to repeat.
I am very new to making VCD's (never done it), but I do have the appropriate hardware and have done data and audio CD's.
What software should I install to do this and how do I make a menu that has the option of repeating? Or is "repeat" built into the DVD player?

Hi !
You have to use some authoring program!
Roxio Video Pack 5 does the job including
menu, playing one clip over and over again,
letting you define the return, next, previous
keys of your remote control.
Once you get used to Video Pack it is quite
o.k. and some features come in very handy!
Good Luck

david,
easy!
on my Apex's, you...after disk inserted into player. . .
* press the RESUME button, then
* press the the REPEAT button and keep pressing till it says,
"REPEAT - ONE" if its a single clip you want to play over and over
again.
Make sure you first at the clip you want to repeat, then
use the above steps outlined.
This is how it works for me, unless there is an easier way on the
Apex models - mine is the AD-500 and AD-1500
