    hi,
    what is the easiest way to remove such flaws from an mpeg music video file,and then save the restored file in a usable format(i want to burn it to dvd afterwards)please ?

    open the movie in Abobe Audition, then encode to mp2 in TMPGenc. Remux the fixed file.
