Well i got me a problem i have these 2 .mkv files and when i convert them using dvd santa the first mkv file gets converted into the tempdvd folder as 7 diffrent files 3 of them are large file sizes and the other 4 are smaller info files but when i convert the other .mkv file it only comes out with 3 files all of which are large 300mb (smallest) 1.4gb (largest) but no smaller files. So now when i try to open the files with dvdshrink it says the 2nd videots folder doesnt even exist. so im totally lost as to how to fix it any help would RULE!!! and hey i just got off work so i hope this all made sense and if its in the wrong place im sorry didnt really know where to put this.

Lesson number 1 - DVDSanta is junk.

Try more reputable programs like DivxToDVD, or jump into the driver's seat and do the process manually. Guides are to the left.
    If in doubt, Google it.

Could be that DVDSanta is junk, but in the mean time, import both files into DVDSanta and then convert!

Dvdsanta works fine for me. Always has.
People merely play favorites in the software they choose to defend.
It sounds like some encoding issue within the file.

Mine is, in fact, an informed opinion, and not just playing favorites. Check out my comments at https://www.videohelp.com/tools?tool=dvdSanta#usercomments . Unless it's changed remarkably in newer versions, I stand by my comments.
    If in doubt, Google it.
