Problem with DVD-RAM and TMPGEnc DVD Author

I've not had problems in the past with re-authoring RAM discs but now when I click on the folder DVD_RTAV the contents of the disc are not detected/shown.
RAM discs play with WIN DVD and separate titles are detected.
I have re-installed the software for the LG4082 writer including the RAM driver and also TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.6, all without success

If I select 'Add File' rather than 'Add DVD Video' only the first recording on the DVD-RAM is shown, even there may be 3 or 4 on the disc.
This is happening with all RAM discs but there is no problem with DVD-/+R

Any advice and possible solutions would be greatly welcome

Do you have any other programs open that is taking priority over your writer? If you do close them and tda should now detect the dvd ram disc.
