    Hi everyone
I'm having a problem with Divx srt's subtitles on my DVD/Divx player.

DVD's subtitles work fine, big large and readable, but the ones which come with divx files (testing srts at the moment) are quite ugly. They read/work fine, however, the font they show up with onscreen is really tiny and bad colored (yellowish/green)

Is there a way where I can load/change font and re-save the srt? or maybe convert it to another format supported by DVD/Divx players?

After some reaserch in this forum, I am trying to use the Subtitle Workshop...but no results so far T_T

(btw the same srts works fine on the pc -- big, bold and white)

To change the subtitle requires that you edit your players firmware. It has nothing to do with the actual srt file.

For DivX files you should be using xsubs though otherwise you may as well just use avi's. Since xsubs are bitmap based you can control the font.

With srt's for PC playback the font is controlled by the subtitle renderer, although in the case of mkv it is possible to embed fonts.
