I have an out of print VHS tape that I'd like to transfer to DVD for personal use. I'm using my JVC GR-D93US pass through and WinDV to capture the video. I start the VCR, begin the capture on WinDV and after the picture comes on (blue screen disappears), WinDV stops. If I press stop on the VCR, it will start capturing again, press play and it stops. Is it the Macrovision causing the problem? Is there a way around this (again, this is for personal use and the tape is OOP). I put in a tape I recorded and there didn't seem to be any issues.
