Hi guys,
Right im actually posting on behalf of my workplace,
the problem is we use Outlook express to recieve our emails from customers and being a main airline the UK it we need to be a qiucks as possible with replys etc only problem is we seem to recieve up to 40+ emails which are just absolute spam things like; new rolex watch, morgages, cheap viagra etc,
Is there any way that i can prevent these email coming through?

use a spam blocker with exchange (or whatever email server app you are using) .. the blocker would go on your email server and are fairly easy to set up ..
the admin would have to do it ...
dont bother to run a spam blocker on each client as the overhead is to large .. block them at your source ..
if you are using Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, it now has built-in Open Relay Filter (ORFilter) or DNS Blacklist and Realtime Blackhole List (DNSBL, RBL) capabilities, which releases you from the need to rely on 3rd party software for the spam filtering.
