Hey everyone...
i wasn't sure where to post it but I thought this would be the best place.
I have a dvd which i ripped using Smart Ripper.
I end up with the following files:
vts_01.d2v
vts_01_0.ifo
vts_01.lst
vts_01_1 (which is apparently the PowerDVD File, assuming this is my VOB)
vts_01 (the subtitle file)
vts_01_INFO.txt
how do i go about burning this? i have nero and tmpgenc's stuff so what would you suggest?
thanks so much.

In movie mode Smart Ripper does not produce burnable files. You need to create the ifo and bup files with IFOEDIT. Just load the vob files in IFOEDIT's create ifo option. They must be numbered VTS_01_1.VOB,etc.

okay well nero wont work because my one file is over 2 gb...
so i tried IFO edit and i have absolutely no idea what I am doing and the guides don't really help.
can someone help me out (perhaps link me to a really good guide or help me over the forum) of how to burn this file?
I ripped in Smartripper and made it be one file as opposed to a bunch of little broken up files, and like i mentioned above it returned the following files:
vts_01.d2v
vts_01_0.ifo
vts_01.lst
vts_01_1 (which windows says is a PowerDVD File, assuming this is my VOB)
vts_01 (the subtitle file)
vts_01_INFO.txt
i need to know what i need to do to copy this to a dvd. what does IFOEDIT allow me to do? how do i do it?
thanks.:: ehmjay.

The only file you need is the vob file, all the others are useless. The d2v file for example is used if you were frame serving to another encoder.
Download VSO DivxtoDVD. Open your vob file in it and see if it will convert it. If it does it will create all the files you need to burn the DVD and you won't have to learn IFOEDIT.

EDIT:
Just read your other thread. Move your VOB into a directory on its own and then follow this guide:
