Well after playing with various emulators (DOS box, Virtual PC, blah blah) I've found them to really suck at playing most the older games I want to play again, so I'm building a DOS box.

PII 300 with 128mb or RAM, ET6000 video card, SB16 ISA, and a Voodoo2 if I can get ahold of it.

I plan to dual boot with Win98SE and DOS 6.2.

So far for games I have Populous, Estatica 1 and 2, Ultamate Domain, Strife, Dune (the first PC one), and am trying to find a copy of maniac mansion.

What other DOS game suggestions do you have for me?

One thing to note, not big on flight simmy type games, so no Tie Figher or stuff cause I suck at them horribly.

edit: an yes I know about the underdogs and other sites. I want originals though were I can. I need ideas not hookups.

    Ok here's a few:

    wolfenstein 3d (the original)

    doom (dos original)

duke nukem (the 3d versions, the side scrolling originals were crap).

    indiana jones 256

    indiana jones ATLANTIS

Mortal Kombat 3 (dos cd game)

    Quake 1

    and many more.
Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?

Wolf, doom, quake, and duke I've had my lifetimes share of already.

I'll look into the Indiana Jones games.

MK is an arcade game, I'd play that version.

    Thanks though.

    Anyone else?

Actually FYI theres a program called SCUMM that will run the indiana jones games in windows xp. Works beautifully with sound. Maybe I'll post a link later if I can find it again.

PM me if anyone wants it. I'll email it to you.

Already know about SCUMM. I want to avoid emulation as it works for some games and not others.
