At the end of my video, I have inserted some images to show the band members. They fade in and out from one person to the next. The problem is the text runs off the screen when I watch the finished DVD on TV. I created an image file 720X480 (seemed to be the obvious choice for inserting into a DVD) and made sure to stay away from the edges when creating the text. Everything previewed fine on my computer and the finished DVD even plays fine on the computer, but it gets cropped when playing it on TV. I re-created the images using 640X480 images and it still happened.

    This image.....

turns into this when viewing the final DVD on a TV.

What size images should I use to make sure the whole image is viewable on the TV? The finished DVD plays the images fine on a computer DVD player. Is it my set top player that's doing this?

I'm creating an NTSC DVD using Ulead Video Studio to edit and Ulead DVD Workshop to author.

As an aside, this is somewhat related to this thread. https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=278802
