    Hi, I downloaded this pic, which looks fine at the web, but once I save and open it, it couldn't be seen: it pops up an error msg, or only partial part can be seen.

    I thought encryption was only for DVD and mp3... Got shocked. Does anyone know how to decrypt a jpeg file?
    Or vice versa, how to encrypt a jpeg?

    You probably didn't actually download the whole image and it has cut part way through.
