AFAIK, they are the same cards. It depends on who makes them. The chipset is on many cards by different manufacturers. Just go for a good manufacturer. What is T&L, BTW?

Both have S-video out, neither are capture cards.

those are cheap cards to pick up these days, go with whichever makes you feel better that day. same chip dif makers

They are pretty much the WORST card you can have that will still play the latest games (probably will not even boot up something like the upcomming F.E.A.R. game). I would highly suggest setting your sites a little higher (thinking around a Geforce 6600/Radeon 9700 or better) or don't even bother...

Maybe upgrade it to a 6200 Nvidia card. Not much more money, but a fair performance gain.
