I bought a Hitachi DV-P415U which I read from many users on here is quite a good DVD player and plays all the formats i'm interested in playing: VDC 2.0 SVCD, MP3.
My main use for this unit is for the playing of digital picture slide shows. I burned an MP3 cd, played fine.
I make a slide show using ULead DVD Picture Show and also using Nero and it could not play them, neither with CD-R or CD-RW.
Then I burned the test DVD Demo movie available from here, which is distributed as an BIN/CUE and that worked fine. So I know the Hitachi unit works fine.
I need some help. First of, do I need to do anything with my images, in terms of sizing, etc...do make sure they burn properly into a VDC 2.0 slide show with menus, background music, etc?
I'm stuck and don't know how to proceed.
Thanks in advance.
