Tmpgenc Template to ONE CD/VCD

I'm looking for a VCD Template for TMpgenc to fit AVI/Video to One 700MB CD in VCD/Mpg1 Format.

I had seen some here before but cant seem to find them.

I don't know of any templates specifically for this purpose, as all you need to do is put in the correct bitrate and pretty much any video (within reason) will fit one CD, which gives any template you want to use the ability to do this. If you are altering the bitrate from VCD spec then you should choose MPEG-1 Video CD (non-standard) as the system stream type.

Thank Jim, You are right in everything you said.

BUT. I had seen Some different Template's to do this, It's for My brother, I did end up just making one for him in the end. I just really wanted to find the one I had seen on the site before,But this was about 2 years ago.
