  1. I have coverted my AV camcorder video to mpeg files and then burned them on to DVD. My Yamada DVD player plays them fine until i hit the 20 min area, it then just stops and goes to the next file on the disk. I think that this 20 min is about a gig of file. This occures on all the files, i only get the 20 mins.
    Any ideas would be welcome.

    Thanks.

are you authoring to a real dvd (with video_ts and vob,ifo file) or just burning the mpeg files(mpeg playback could be very different from player to player) ?

  3. No just burning the MPEGs, done this loads of times before and never had this problem. I might just convert them to Divx to save space and all these problems. I am am very curious as to why this is happening.

You player obvious can play direct MPGs. However that is not the proper way to create a DVD. You must author it inan authoring program. Then and only then will you have a proper REAL DVD. I don't have a clue what is going on ith your MPGs burned as data on a disc.
No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD!
