When I tried to encode a avi-file I always get that error starting in frame 47437. It happens in Virtual dub when I tried to fix it, it also happens in cce and tmpeg.
How can I cut those frames out?

use virtualdub and put the end offset just before where the video stuffs up.. save the first bit of the movie
go over the old bit and do the start offset after the stuffed up frames and then save the end bit
then merge the files back together with an AVI joiner..
