    junkmalle,

I tried the beta version of GSpot and yes it does show the interleave. Thanks for the info.

    pinetop,

Are you saying that each chunk has only ONE stream either 0 or 1? All the interleaved files I made shows two streams per chunk as in the Batman trailer.

It would be interesting to know what the beta version of GSpot says.

    Regards,

    Chas

  2. I did a dub with VirtualDubMod.
Checked it with Hex Editor for having both streams. It did.
    Still no audio.

  3. Try uncompressed PCM?

  4. Is uncompressed PCM an option with VirtualDub ?

My last dub shows PCM on the player, before it was showing MP3.

It's the default if you're not in audio full processing mode. Be sure to convert to 48 KHz, 16 bit, and Stereo, with High Quality checked. You're file is going to get a lot bigger.

  6. Thats what I did during the last dub. The file went from 799mb to 1.2GB.
Still no luck on the audio.

  7. Are you sure you're converting to 16 bit? That's the one parameter that AVICodec doesn't show you.
