    hi all, still trying to playback avi movies have tried all the codecs off here and other sites and still no luck. get sound but no picture it now says i need a vid mp43 decompressor anyone know where i can download one.

    Hey mon,
    Well, MP43 is the FOURCC code for Microsoft's MPEG-4 v3 codec. If you try to play it in Windows Media Player while connected to the 'net it should download a suitable codec automatically. If that doesn't happen then we might need a bit more info to help you out.
