I use Vegas 6 vor editing the video and Debug Frameserver for encoding video with TMPGEnc 2.5,(it's my favorite encoder) but encoping speed is too slow especially when I work with two video in timeline or when I put some AVI mask.
It is normal or you sugest to use some other frameserver.
    Regards.

That is the only frameserver that works with Vegas afaik. But the frameserver is only a small part of the equation. The other points it is going to slow down, and the most likely culprits, are Vegas processing your video in the first place (processing any FX chains, masks etc) and tmpgenc, which for all it's good points, is incredibly slow as an encoder.

As an experiment, see if it is faster to render out of Vegas as a DV AVI, then encode that with tmpgenc. If you find that this is a faster process than frameserving then you know that the frameserving process is your bottleneck.
